Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Swat today as part of his mass contact campaign after the joint opposition submitted a no-confidence motion in the National Assembly to remove him from power.
According to sources, PM Imran Khan will also address a public gathering at Grassy Ground Saidu Sharif during his Swat visit.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Election Commission of Pakistan stopped Prime Minister Imran Khan from attending the public meeting in Swat on March 16.
The commission stated in its order that the person holding public office could not visit districts, where the elections were to be held in accordance with the electoral code of conduct.
