Parco Pak Arab Refinery Thursday has reduced the price of Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs7 per kg.

According to the notification after a reduction of Rs7, the new price of LPG will be Rs120 per kg.
Pakistan LPG Industries Association Chairman Irfan Khokhar has said that another conspiracy is being hatched to stop the import of LPG. It is necessary to import 60% of LPG to meet the consumption of LPG across the country.
In the year 2020, local LPG production was 742282 Metric Tonnes whereas import was 950552 Metric Tonnes .
If the import of LPG is stopped, the demand and supply gap will widen and the prices of LPG will increase dramatically on a daily basis.
