Islamabad: The mass resignation of the 123 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members have been accepted by the Acting Speaker of the National Assembly Qasim Suri on Thursday (April 14).
This was stated by former Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib on his officail twitter handle.
The National Assembly Secretariat has also issued a formal notification in this regard.
“With the acceptance of the resignations, general elections have become inevitable in the country,” added Habib.
