'Foreign conspiracy' hatched to put Pakistanis in slavery, Imran Khan tells public meeting
The former premier says people are on the roads because of this conspiracy against his government

Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has said a foreign conspiracy had been hatched against Pakistan.
Addressing a large gathering at Bagh-i-Jinnah in Karachi, he said the conspiracy was another conspiracy to make the people of Pakistan slave.
"I am neither anti-US or Europe or India. I want friendship with all, but not slavery. I am not against any country," he said.
He said Mir Jaffar conspired against Muslim ruler in connivance with British and Bengal was taken away. "As result of conspiracy one Mir Jafar has been imposed on us and has been directed to do more."
"What offence did I commit that the courts were opened at midnight," he questioned, saying he wouldn't forget this act.
"Shouldn't the respective judges take suo moto notice when MPs were trading their conscienece," Khan questioned.
Khan said Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu knew the no-confidence motion was being brought against his elected government.
The PTI chairman asked the people to listen to him carefully so they could determine whether the his ouster from power was a "interference or conspiracy".
He also asked the people to raise their hands and show whether they believed his removal was an "interference or a conspiracy".
The former premier also shared that in the US there is a "strong and powerful" Pakistani community
"My Pakistanis I want friendship with everyone but slavery with no one," said Imran Khan.
He added that before coming to Karachi people were telling him that his life is at "threat" as "mafias" are him.
"Pakistanis my life is not as important as your freedom. This conspiracy is to make you slaves.
-- Batter PM Shehbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif for cossruption --
Lamenting Shehbaz Sharif, Imran Khan said there were Rs40 billion corruption cases on Shehbaz in NAB and the FIA. "What more insult of our country can it be that a person out on bail is the prime minister," he said.
"His son, also out on bail, is the chief minister. Think carefully what is happening with our country. They make thieves our leaders because they can be easily used. They get ready to do everything to protect their money."
The PTI chairman identified Shehbaz's elder sibling Nawaz Sharif as the "mastermind of the conspiracy against his government".
"The one who is sitting in London, who ran away from the law after lying is now preparing to return. The entire Pakistan's justice system is on trial. Can it stand against these powerful thieves or not? I ask the courts and NAB. What will you do?"
-- Imran Khan on foreign funding case --
Addressing the gathering, the PTI chairman claimed the incumbent, "imported" government was trying to push the PTI out of the political arena through the foreign funding case, therefore, for the sake of fairness, the court cases against PPP, PTI, and PML-N must be heard together.
He alleged that "false cases" would be made against him and his former cabinet in the FIA and NAB.
"If you push us against the wall, then you will be harmed, not the country. We have to remain peaceful, this is our police, and our institutions," Imran Khan told his followers.
Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rashid and PTI leaders Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Imran Ismail and Ali Zaidi also delivered their speeches.
