Gauahar Khan booked for violating COVID-19 protocol, despite testing positive
Mumbai: The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday booked acclaimed Indian actress Gauahar Khan for going out for a film shoot despite testing positive for the novel Coronavirus.
The Mumbai municipal body turned to Twitter and posted a copy of the first information report (FIR) on saying "No Compromise On City's Safety".
“BMC has filed an FIR against a Bollywood actor for non-compliance to COVID19 guidelines on testing positive,” the post added
The municipal body further wrote that the rules apply to all alike and we urge citizens to follow all guidelines and help the city beat the virus.
