Light rain, wind, and thunderstorm may occur at isolated places


Islamabad: Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while plain areas will remain under the grip of severe heatwave conditions during the next twelve hours.
However, gusty and dust-raising winds are likely in southern and central plain districts of the country.
Light rain, wind, and thunderstorm may occur at isolated places in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:
Islamabad and Muzaffarabad twenty-two degrees centigrade, Lahore and Karachi twenty-nine, Peshawar twenty-five, Quetta fourteen, Gilgit twenty-four, and Murree nineteen degrees centigrade.
According to Met office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramulla, and Leh while hot and dry weather in Jammu.

Srinagar, Pulwama, and Baramulla fourteen degrees centigrade, Shopian twelve, Jammu twenty-four, Leh nine, and Anantnag thirteen degrees centigrade.
