President lauds services of armed forces of Pakistan
They are real defenders of the motherland.

Islamabad: President Dr. Arif Alvi has called for creating skilled human resources to compete with world in various sectors of life.
He was addressing the graduation ceremony of 35th Air War Course at Pakistan Air Force Air War College Faisal in Karachi on Wednesday.
Dr Arif Alvi said that targets of development could only be achieved today by fully mobilizing human resources and adopting technological advancements and modern methods.
The President lauded the services of the armed forces of Pakistan and said that they are real defenders of the motherland.
As per reports, 70 officers of all the three armed forces of Pakistan and friendly country passed out— 35 from Pakistan Air Force, ten from Pakistan Army and seven from Pakistan Navy.
Participants from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, Jordon, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and Iraq were also part of the course.

Pakistan, Denmark sign inter-governmental framework agreement
Interest-free loans will be extended for renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water supply and waste-water treatment sectors

Islamabad: Minister for Economic Affairs Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has said that Pakistan and Denmark enjoy a friendly and cordial relationship, and there is a lot of potentials to enhance the relationship between both nations.
He was talking to Danish Ambassador, Lis Rosenholm in Islamabad after the signing of an inter-governmental framework agreement to enhance financial cooperation in the energy and water sector.
Under the agreement, interest-free loans will be extended for renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water supply and waste-water treatment sectors.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq told the ambassador that efforts to revive bilateral economic and development cooperation are underway with Denmark, agreeing to provide budget support to the Government of Pakistan through Inter-Governmental Framework Agreement.

COAS General Bajwa arrives in UK
The Army Chief will also call on military leadership of United Kingdom during the visit.

London: Chief of Army Staff ( COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa reached United Kingdom on an official visit.
During the visit, he will be attending the Passing-out Parade at Royal Military Academy, Sandhust as Chief Guest.

Islamabad: Rain with wind and thundershower is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Kashmir, Punjab, Sindh, northeast south Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan.
However, heavy falls are likely at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Upper Punjab and Kashmir, while at isolated places in south Balochistan during the period.
Temperature of some major cities recorded on Thursday morning:
Islamabad and Karachi twenty-eight degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-nine, Peshwar thirty, Quetta and Muzafarabad twenty-five, Gilgit twenty-one and Murree eighteen degree centigrade.
According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-wind-thundershower is expected in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla.
