Small dinosaur skeleton to be sold at Paris auction
This particular 9.8-foot-long fossil was discovered in Colorado in 2019.

Paris: The small skeleton of an iguanodon dinosaur will be auctioned off in Paris next month.
The creature is estimated to have lived more than 150 million years ago. Its remains have been restored by a team of Italian paleontologists.
This particular 9.8-foot-long fossil was discovered in Colorado in 2019.
"It's a dinosaur for a living room," auctioneer Alexandre Giquello told the outlet, referring to its relatively small size.
Unlike huge dinosaur skeletons sold at earlier auctions, the fossilised iguanodon skeleton stands just 1.3m high and is 3m long. It was discovered in 2019 in Colorado, US, during road-building on private land.
"It's a dinosaur for a living room," auctioneer Alexandre Giquello said, referring to the size.
In 2020, the same auction house sold a 3.5m high and 10m long dinosaur skeleton for 3 million euros.
