Islamabad: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued another notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate for by election in NA-45, Kurram, to appear in person or through counsel on Saturday to explain his position regarding violation of code of conduct.
The District Election Commissioner in the notice asked PTI chief to appear in Parachinar to explain why necessary action under the law should not be taken against him.
The notice has been issued for utilization of the services/assistance by Provincial Minister for Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Muhammad Iqbal Wazir during the ongoing election campaign activities, which constitute the violation.
