Ghazal king Mehdi Hassan’s eldest son Arif Mehdi passes away
Karachi: Arif Mehdi Hassan, the eldest son of renowned Ghazal singer Mehdi Hassan Khan, has passed away in Karachi today.

According to family sources, Arif Hassan has been suffering from diabetes for a long time and passed away due to high blood pressure.
His funeral prayers will be offered today after Asar prayers in Karachi.
The late Arif Mehdi was serving as the founding president of Mehdi Hassan Foundation. He was also a drummer and organized various variety shows in his life.
Even in his last days, he was busy preparing a tribute for Mehdi Hassan.
