Islamabad: The husband of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader and former federal minister Shireen Mazari passed away in Islamabad on Wednesday, family sources confirmed.
The funeral prayer of Dr Tabish Hazir will be offered in B block Model town Lahore at 4pm.
The deceased was a pediatrician by profession.
Turning to Twitter, Shireen Mazari’s daughter Iman Zainab Mazari Hazir wrote that her father was battling with cancer, adding that "The thought of life without him feels unbearable but he taught me to be strong by his living example".
She further added, “Grateful to God he went in peace”.
“Rest in peace father, you heart beats in my heart,” she concluded.
