Maryam Nawaz to return to Pakistan on Jan 28: Javed Latif
The PML-N leader expresses concerns over increasing popularity of Imran Khan, saying that why he is still being portrayed as ‘hero’ and not being held accountable as Nawaz Sharif faced courts and cases.
Lahore: PML-N leader and Federal Minister Mian Javed Latif claimed that party’s senior vice-president Maryam Nawaz would return to Pakistan on January 28.
He said that when the schedule for two provinces would be announced then Nawaz Sharif would give date for his return.
Javed Latif claimed that planning and preparation to remove leader of famous political from the way was made by General Hameed Gul that planning was launched in the shape of Imran Khan. Another glimpse, he said, was seen in 2014 and the person who was supervising all this is better known to everyone.
The PML-N leader said Pakistan was on its way to progress in 2017 when hurdles were created its way and the subsequently the results of were quite clear now in the shape of economic crisis, social and moral deterioration in the country.

He mentioned his leader Nawaz Sharif but unfortunately the tactics were still being employed. He added that “nora-kushti” [fight] was still continuing in the country as the leadership which was sincere with the country was not given the clear way.
He lashed out at the establishment by saying that why “they did not clearly tell the nation that cypher was fake”.
The PML-N said that the system was going in the favour of Imran Khan as he was declared “Sadiq and Amin”.
“It is quite surprising that why Imran Khan is still being allowed to speak lies publicly for hours. Is it not support?,” said the PML-N leader.
Nawaz Sharif, he said, sacrificed a lot for the country but his sacrifices were not given due weightage and were ignored.
The Federal Minister indirectly accused the PTI leadership for corruption in the country since 2017 and demanded the authorities concerned to hold them accountable for damaging the country. Nawaz Sharif, he said, was held accountable but Imran Khan was still being portrayed‘hero’.
“Declaring Nawaz Sharif innocent is not sufficient as all those who caused damage to Nawaz Sharif and this country must be punished under the law,” said Javed Latif.
