Washington: United States Central Commander General Michael Erik Kurilla had a telephonic conversation with Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir Ahmed Shah on Monday.
US Central Command turned to Twitter and wrote that Kurilla expressed his condolences to the people of Peshawar, Pakistan following Monday’s terrorist attack.
It also wrote: “The leaders spoke about counterterrorism and border security”.
