Maryam Nawaz questions Imran over his ‘regime change narrative’
The PML-N Senior Vice-President has asked Imran Khan whether all of his narratives have turned false that he has now let the US get away from his regime change narrative.
Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior vice-president Maryam Nawaz came down hard upon Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, asking him whether all of his narratives turned false that now he let the US get away honorably from his regime change narrative.
“Why the lie was spoken to the nation?,” asked Maryam Nawaz while addressing the party’s youth leaders at 180-H, Model Town on Tuesday.

Maryam Nawaz, who is also PML-N Chief Organizer, said that the people who were told a tie should ask him [Imran Khan] as to why he misled them.
“Your narrative is based upon the lies. You run campaigns to defame the people on the social media,” said the PML-N, pointing out that the negative politics replaced the performance now. She stated that the fake narrative replaced the national narrative.

She went on to say that the PTI did not have any economic plan except creating unrest and anarchy in the country. Maryam lashed out at the PTI Chief, saying that the mega project was quite far away as his government failed to give any project during the four years’ rule.
Talking about “Jail Bharo Tehreek”, Maryam said that he misguided the youths for such movement rather than running a campaign to bring the youths to colleges and universities despite that his own children were getting higher education in England.
“You ask peoples’ children to be part of Jail Bharo Tehreek while yours own children are getting higher education in Engand,” she added.

She stated that it was the PML-N government announced laptop scheme for the youths and provided many different scholarships for the students to encourage them for education.
She pointed out that a very organized campaign was run during the last ten years to tarnish the image of the politicians including Nawaz Sharif and others.
“In order to declare a person as Sadiq and Ameen, the image of all other politicians was tarnished,” said Maryam Nawaz, raising a question for former Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar who gave the certificate of truthfulness and honesty [to Imran].
During the meeting, many other PML-N leaders including Pervez Rashid and others were also present. The party leaders discussed the organizational structure of the youth leaders in the party besides deliberations about the jobs, development and businesses of the youths.
