Kotli: Following an unfortunate incident on Sunday, six people of same family including a child were killed and two other sustained injuries after their vehicle plunged into a ravine near Nakyal Road in Kotli district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

The horrific accident reduced the vehicle to wreckage, leaving four of its passengers dead on the spot while the injured were taken to the district headquarters hospital, where two of the injured succumbed to their wounds.
Rescue teams and police reached the spot after getting information for rescue operations.
As per police officials, the accident occurred due to a technical fault in the vehicle.
Moreover, the car was travelling from Nakyal to Kotli and the deceased have yet to be identified.
The dead include the driver and five people of a family, he added.
