Chairman Senate, Punjab Governor discuss political situation in country

Lahore: Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani met Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman at Governor House in Lahore today.

During the meeting, they discussed the current political situation in the country and law and order situation in Balochistan.

Speaking on the occasion, Punjab Governor said in current tough economic times, there is a need for all political parties to work with unity. He said equal progress in all federal units is imperative for making the Federation strong.

On his part, Chairman Senate said the Upper House of Parliament is doing effective legislation work for public welfare.
