Imran Khan appeals CJP to take suo motu notice of brutal torture on Javed Ali
The PTI Chief along with victim Javed Ali and his party leader Usman Dar made shocking revelations that the grade-VI employee of the provincial education department was detained and tortured to record statement against Dar.


Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan made an attempt to reveal what was happening in the country.
Imran Khan through a recorded video highlighted the violation of the fundamental rights in the country.
“Javed Ali was detained, tortured and his clothes were removed and he was forced to sit on the ground and confess that he used to give money to Usman Dar,” said Imran Khan in the video message.
Victim Javed Ali and Usman Dar were sitting along with the PTI Chief during the recorded message to the public, making it clear that there was no protection to the citizens.

“Such things do not take place in a civilized society,” said Khan, condemning the “unknown persons” since the day what he said “Dirty Harry” came into power.

The PTI Chairman appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motu notice against torture on Javed Ali.
He stated that they launced peaceful Jail Bharo Tehreek but they took their leaders and workers to far flung areas and subjecting them to torture.
“I only appeal to the Chief Justice of Pakistan and the Supreme Court of Pakistan to take suo motu notice. Please take any action so the public could realize they have fundamental rights,” he said.

He added that his wife and children were shifted to the next room where Javed Ali was kept detained and tortured.
“They tortured him and warned him that his [Javed’s] clothes would be removed and his pictures would be shown to his family,” said Khan while quoting the victim.
The victim also shared his bitter story and said that he was taken into custody by “unknown people’ and was kept somewhere unknown where he was subjected to severe torture.
It may be mentioned here that victim Javed Ali, as PTI Chief Imran Khan revealed, was subjected to torture to force him blame Usman Dar for taking money from him. Javed Ali was scale-IV employee [guard] with the provincial education department in Punjab.
