M4.6 earthquake strikes off Balochistan

Awaran: Tremors of magnitude 4.6 on Richter scale were felt in Awaran district and adjacent areas of Balochistan on Sunday.

The tremors were of low intensity. The residents came out of their homes reciting Holy verses.

According to Seismological Center, its depth was 76 kilometers. However, it had not confirmed the epicenter of the earthquake. As per initial reports there was no loss of life or property.
