Islamabad: Pakistan has reported 4,584 Covid-19 cases and 58 deaths in one day as the third wave of the pandemic continued to rage across the country.

According to National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), around 4,584 cases of coronavirus were reported while 58 people succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 15,501.
The total number of confirmed cases reached to 725,602.
As many as 6, 34,835 patients have recovered from the disease with 4,201 critical cases.
Punjab
The number of patients swelled to 250,459 in the province with 6,988 causalities.
Sindh
The number of infections has surged to 269,126 in the province, while the death toll has reached 4,530.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The confirmed cases have surged to 99,595 in the province with 2,651 casualties.
Balochistan
There are 20,321 confirmed cases while 215 patients have died from the infection so far.
AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan
There are 14,594 coronavirus cases in the AJK while the death toll has reached 403. On the other hand, there are 5,127 cases in GB with 103 coronavirus deaths.
Islamabad
There are 66,380 cases in the capital city while 611 people have lost their lives.
