Imran’s lawyers filed a plea in the court to cancel the non-bailable arrest warrant.
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Inssaf (PTI) Chiarman Imran Khan approached the court to cancel the non-bailable arrest warrant in the Tosha Khana case.
Imran’s lawyers filed a plea in the court to cancel the non-bailable arrest warrant issued by the Sessions Court of Islamabad.
Notably earlier on February 28, Additional Sessions Judge of Islamabad, Zafar Iqbal issued a non-bailable warrant for Imran Khan for non-appearance in the case related to Tosha Khana.
On that day, Chairman PTI was to be charged in the case, but he did not appear in court despite being summoned.
Yesterday Islamabad police went to his residence in Zaman Park Lahore to serve the notice of this warrant where there was a disturbance between PTI workers and police.
