Akshay Kumar tests negative for COVID-19, confirms wife
Mumbai: Acclaimed Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar who was earlier hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19, has now recovered from the virus. The actor’s wife Twinkle Khanna confirmed on social media.

Twinkle Khanna shared the good news of his return to their home after weeks of isolation, posting a endearing caricature of the couple (inspired by The Simpsons).

Earlier on April 04, the actor announced on his social media that he has contracted the novel coronavirus and isolated himself in his home, following all the COVID-19 guidelines.
It may be recalled that before Akshay Kumar, several Bollywood actors have also become the victim of the deadly coronavirus, including Aamir Khan, Paresh Rawal, Miland Sooman, Sunny Deol, Ranbir Kapoor and his mother Neto Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karthik Aryan and Amitabh Bachchan.
