The PTI Chief asked the Chief Justice of Pakistan for notice over presence of 20 people in the judicial complex. He also asked the top judge to hold hearings of the cases against him via video link, appealing him to see what was going on in the country.
He regretted that the country’s history did not witness such brutality as it did in the tenure f the incumbent government.
Imran Khan also criticized PDM and said they would not win the elections at any cost.
“These people want to get me assassinated. By shelling in the toll plaza, they tried to provoke the PTI workers. I have mentioned many times that I have been facing threats to my life, so why my personal appearance has been sought?,” said Khan.
He said that if he was sent to jail, these people would assassinate him there as well, pointing out that the rulers were resorting to such tactics just for their own sake. He stated that these people were not interested in holding elections but they were in power to assassinate him.
A day earlier, Khan had demanded release of party workers and their children taken into custody during the police raids at homes of the party workers in Islamabad.
