Quetta: Police arrested Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Prime Minister Imran Khan's nephew Hassaan Niazi under Section 3 of Maintenance of Public Order (3 MPO).
The Judicial Magistrate of Quetta granted bail to Niazi against surety bond of Rs100,000.
Although Hassaan was granted bail by Judicial Magistrate, he was not released from District Jail.
However late at night he was arrested under 3 MPO and transferred from District jail to Sadar police station.
