Karachi: A case had been registered against the focal person Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and party Chairman Imran Khan’s nephew Barrister Hassaan Khan Niazi in Karachi also, GNN reported.
According to details, the case had been registered in Jamshed Quarters police station on the complaint of citizen Muhammad Iqbal for inciting people to revolt against national institutions.
The text of First Information reported (FIR) stated that Hassaan had shared a video on social media in which he was seen involved in inciting people to revolt against national institutions and attempted to provoke disharmony.
It is pertinent to note that Quetta court had granted bail to Hassaan Niazi on Saturday, however, he was detained for fear of disturbance of peace, after which Punjab police took him into the custody.
