Mumbai: Taapsee Pannu, a well-known Indian actress recognized for her versatile performances, recently marked a significant milestone in her career as she completed a decade in the Hindi film industry.
During an interview with a prominent publication, Pannu shared her thoughts on the occasion and reflected on her journey so far.
Pannu also discussed the challenges of being a woman in the film industry, stating, "It is not easy to make it in this industry as a woman, but I have never allowed that to demoralize me. I have always had faith in myself and my abilities, which has enabled me to overcome any obstacles that came my way."
The actress revealed that her primary objective when she entered the industry was to establish herself as a unique and irreplaceable actress.
"I aimed to carve out my niche and make a mark with my work," said Pannu, who made her debut in Bollywood in 2013 with the film "Chashme Baddoor."
Throughout the years, Pannu evolved into one of the most sought-after actresses in the industry, delivering memorable performances in various movies such as "Pink," "Badla," "Thappad," and "Haseen Dillruba." She has also garnered critical acclaim and numerous awards for her exceptional work.
