Fawad Chaudhry says PTI is consistent on the issue of negotiations, but there is no seriousness from the government's side.

Islamabad: The leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Fawad Chaudhry, on Monday said that the time for dialogue on provincial assembly elections has passed, and now the government must discuss national assembly elections.
Fawad Chaudhry said that they cannot sit together against the constitution of Pakistan, and it is necessary to disqualify Shahbaz Sharif for the London Plan of Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz.
Fawad Chaudhry said that PTI is consistent on the issue of negotiations, but there is no seriousness from the government's side. Negotiations can only take place within the limits defined by the Constitution and the Supreme Court.
He said that if there are no elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, it is equivalent to sabotaging the Constitution, and negotiations cannot take place outside the Constitution.
Fawad Chaudhry said that it is illegal for the State Bank to not release funds after the decision of the Supreme Court, and if the Supreme Court starts taking action against the Prime Minister and the Cabinet, then it will fulfill its desire for incompetence.
Talking to the reporters on the premises of the Lahore High Court, Fawad Chaudhry said that according to the Supreme Court's decision, elections must be held on May 14th in Punjab, or else there will be chaos on the streets.
Fawad Chaudhry, who is a former Minister for Information and Broadcasting, made these remarks during a press conference in Lahore, Pakistan. He criticized the opposition for not agreeing to the proposed electronic voting machines (EVMs) for the upcoming elections and emphasized that national assembly elections should be discussed now instead of provincial assembly elections. He also talked about the ongoing negotiations with the opposition and the importance of holding elections according to the Constitution and the Supreme Court's decisions.
