Angelina Jolie bounces back after losing Oscar nomination
Jolie abandoned her ties with Manager Geyer Kosinski, who had blocked her from the Hollywood community and demanded producing credits and fees for himself on most of her projects.

California: Angelina Jolie, the famous Hollywood actress, rejected her "controlling" manager after losing out on a role to Sandra Bullock that earned seven Oscars for the sci-fi thriller "Gravity."
Kosinski's stock, however, tumbled when "Gravity" moved from Universal to Warner Bros. owing to monetary issues. Bullock's performance in the movie was widely acknowledged, and she earned a nomination for Best Actress at the Academy Awards.
The movie won awards in seven of the ten categories it was nominated for, resulting in a disappointing outcome for Jolie, who was close to being cast in the blockbuster project.
The latest reports suggested that Jolie was initially considered for the lead role in the movie opposite Robert Downey Jr., which was eventually played by Bullock.
The role, according to Film director, was originally planned for Jolie and Downey Jr.
