Fawad Chaudhry reappointed information minister
Islamabad: Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry has been reappointed as information minister.
The news was confirmed by Standing Committee on Information and Broadcasting Chairperson Senator Faisal Javed Khan on Twitter Thursday.
Faisal Javed wrote a congratulatory note for Fawad Chaudhry and extended best wishes.

Fawad Chaudhry became Information Minister for the first time in 2018. The ministry was later taken from him and he was handed the science and technology ministry.
Following that, Firdous Ashiq Awan was appointed the Special Assistant to PM on Information and Broadcasting, but was replaced with Senator Shibli Faraz in April, 2020.
Earlier today, it was reported that Fawad Chaudhry called on Prime Minister Imran Khan where the discussed country’s political situation.
