Four injured as cylinder explodes in Karachi
The explosion was caused by the bursting of a gas cylinder.
Karachi: In an unfortunate incident, four persons including husband and wife of a family sustained the injuries due to cylinder explosion in the house located in Sector 4D, New Karachi.
According to details, rescue team rushed to the site soon after getting the information and shifted the injured to Civil Hospital.
Police stated that loud explosion was heard inside the ill-fated house, after which the kitchen wall was damaged and the kitchen equipment also fell down.
The explosion was caused by the bursting of a gas cylinder.
Police added that the injured persons have been identified as Abdul Rehman (40), Samira (35), Fiza (15) and Yusuf (10).
