Islamabad: A two-day International Parliamentary Convention in connection with Golden Jubilee of Constitution of Pakistan will begin at Parliament House in Islamabad from Wednesday.
The event marks culmination of the month-long celebrations orchestrated by the National Assembly to commemorate Golden Jubilee of the Constitution.
Illustrious political leaders, erudite legal experts and scholarly luminaries along with eminent civil society, women activists, youth and minorities' representatives of more than seventeen countries will participate in the Convention.
On the special invitation of Speaker National Assembly, the distinguished Chairman of Majlis Ash-Shura of Saudi Arabia will lead a delegation of goodwill to this highly anticipated event.
