The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice-Chairman says the rumours are being spread intentionally.

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice-Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Wednesday rejected the rumours of his arrest.
The PTI vice-chairman said that the such information was being spread for a purpose.
The reaction came after the reports emerged that Shah Mahmood Qureshi was arrested by the police after Asad Umar.
Earlier, the central leader and Secretary General of the PTI, Asad Umar, was arrested from the Islamabad High Court. Umar had approached the court with a request to allow him to meet Imran Khan, which was denied.
After leaving the Chief Justice's chamber and heading towards the exit, he was arrested by the Islamabad Police's Counter-Terrorism Department.
Asad Umar, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Ali Awan, and other leaders were already facing two cases, which were registered at the Abpara and Tarnol police stations during the night. Asad Umar has been arrested under Section 16 of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
It should be noted that yesterday, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had also arrested former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the Al-Qadir Trust case from the vicinity of the Islamabad High Court, which led to protests by PTI workers in various cities across the country.
On the other hand, the government's crackdown on PTI leaders continues, and this morning the police also arrested the wife and brother of PTI leader and former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Qasim Khan Suri.
