Speedo bus service suspended in Bahawalpur due to non-payment
The company stated that government owes more than Rs160 million to the private company.
Bahawalpur: Public travel facility, Speedo bus service has been suspended in Bahawalpur due to non-payment.
The private company has sent a letter to the Secretary Transport Punjab to stop operating Speedo bus service.
The officials of the private company say that the service has been stopped due to non-payment of dues by the government. It also stated that government owes more than Rs160 million to the private company.
Citizens and students are facing serious trouble due to the shutdown of affordable travel facility. 12 speedo buses were being run across the city for public convenience.
