NAB declares PM Shehbaz 'innocent' in Ashiana Housing Scandal
PM Shehbaz Sharif found innocent in Ashiana Housing Scandal: NAB report.
Lahore: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has declared Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif "innocent" in the Ashiana Housing case, stating that no evidence of corruption or financial benefit was found.
According to the NAB report, there was no loss to the national treasury, and no misuse of powers was found against Shehbaz Sharif.
The report's findings are likely to raise questions about the corruption watchdog's impartiality. The report also cleared Kamran Kayani and Fawad Hasan Fawad of any wrongdoing.
This marks the second major NAB case in which Shehbaz Sharif has been found innocent.
