Two cops martyred, two injured in Khyber police lines explosion

Khyber: Two police officers were martyred, while two sustained the injuries when a hand grenade exploded in police lines Khyber.

According to Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Khyber, the hand grenade did not explode in the attack of the terrorists but due to the mistake of the policeman.

DC stated that two injured include Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Headquarters Nawaz Khan and Line Officer Barkat Khan.

The injured had been shifted to Hayatabad Medical Complex for medical aid, while the search operation is undergoing by the police.
