Supreme Court said the hearing of the case has been adjourned at the request of the Attorney General.


Islamabad: Supreme Court issued the previous hearing order on the petitions filed against the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Act 2023.
The Supreme Court issued the previous hearing order, stating that Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan has sought time to take instructions after the new law.
On the petitions against the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Act, the apex court stated that the next hearing will be held on June 8.
The order said: “At the beginning of the court proceedings, the Attorney General mentioned the new law and asked for time to take instructions after the new law”.
Supreme Court said the hearing of the case has been adjourned at the request of the Attorney General.
