US values its longstanding cooperation with Pakistan, said US spokesperson.

Washington DC: US State Department Spokesperson Vedant Patel said: “Pakistani politics are matter of Pakistani people to decide and for them to pursue within the auspices for their own constitutional line”.
Spokesperson Vedant Patel stated that US values its longstanding cooperation with Pakistan and we will always view a prosperous and democratic Pakistan as critical to US interest.
He continued to say: “Khadija Shah is a dual national, I have asked Pakistani officials for counselor access to her”.
