Doctor-turned-model crowned miss Pakistan universal 2023
Miss Pakistan World 2023 title was announced during a lavish ceremony at a prestigious hotel on May 31.


Lahore: In a glamorous event held in Lahore, doctor-turned-model Kapotaqkhy Chanchala has been crowned as Miss Pakistan Universal 2023.
In an interview, Miss Pakistan Universal 2023, Kapotaqkhy Chanchala, shared her journey and passion for the entertainment industry.
Coming from a medical background, she expressed her fascination with the world of entertainment since childhood.
It was through the platform of Miss Pakistan World that she found her path and was inspired by Dr. Shafaq Akhter, the former Miss Pakistan Universal 2022.
Dr. Chanchala, who currently works as a doctor at Liaquat National Hospital in Karachi, obtained her MBBS degree from the same institution.
She spoke about the uniqueness of her name, Kapotaqkhy Chanchala, which means "pigeon-eyed" and "active or naughty" in her father's creative interpretation.
Born and raised in a Muslim family in Karachi, she faced challenges from her mother's relatives when she entered the pageant world.
However, with her victory, she now feels blessed and supported by all.
