The two test match series played against Sri Lanka in July is part of ICC Test Championship.


Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Saturday announced the 16-member squad for upcoming two-match Test series played against Sri Lanka, GNN reported.
According to details, the squad includes: Babar Azam (c), Mohammad Rizwan (vc & wk), Aamir Jamal, Abdullah Shafique, Abrar Ahmed, Hasan Ali, Imam-ul-Haq, Mohammad Huraira, Mohammad Nawaz, Naseem Shah, Noman Ali, Salman Ali Agha, Sarfaraz Ahmed (wk), Saud Shakeel, Shaheen Afridi and Shan Masood.
On July 3, the Pakistan players will convene in Karachi to participate in a training camp before embarking on their journey to Sri Lanka on July 9.
The details of the tour schedule will be disclosed by Sri Lanka Cricket at an appropriate time.
However, the expected schedule is as follows:
First Test – July 16-20
Second Test – July 24-28
The two test match series played against Sri Lanka in July is part of International Cricket Council (ICC) Test Championship.
