Lahore: The Meteorological Department Climate Data Processing Center (CDPC) has forecasted that moon of first Muharram-ul-Haram would be marked on July 19.
Additionally, the center predicted that there was a good chance of seeing the Muharram moon on July 18, which is the 29th of Zilhaj.
Further forecasts from the (CDPC) indicate that Ashura will take place on Friday, July 28.
The moon is expected to be born on July 17th, according to the weather office. However, it's possible that there may be clouds during the moon sighting, especially in the majority of the country.
According to the Climate Data Processing Centre (CDPC), the sunset is scheduled at 7:24 pm, while the moonset is scheduled for 8:00 pm.
The Climate Data Processing Centre estimates that the moon will be 20 hours and 17 minutes old in Karachi at the time of sunset.
While the moon must be at least 19 hours old to be seen, the moon can be seen during Muharram up to 46 minutes after sunset.
