California: Twitter has begun testing audio and video calls to engage its users.
Under this initiative, Twitter has started testing Direct Message (DM) functionality for audio and video calls.
It is expected that this feature will soon be accessible to users worldwide.
Twitter's designer, Kon-Wai Ng, has also created a new user interface.
Although it is still under construction, it is evident that it incorporates easy access to audio and video calls.
The icon for calls is visible within the DM feed.
