PTI chairman held guilty for Jinnah House attack case
Special prosecutor requested the physical remand of former prime minister for further investigation.
Lahore: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore Friday held Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman guilty in the case of Jinnah House attack on May 09, GNN reported.
According to details, Judge Abhar Gul of ATC heard the case as a duty judge, where former Prime Minister appeared before the court after the interim bail was completed.
Special prosecutor Farhad Ali Shah told the court that investigation with PTI chief has been completed and he is guilty in the investigation done till yet.
He requested the physical remand of former prime minister for further investigation.
The special duty judge extended the interim bails till August 08 and summoned the lawyers for arguments on the next hearing.
Cases have been registered against Chairman PTI at Sarwar Road, Gulberg, Shadman and other police stations.
