To address the situation and cope with the aftermath of the heavy rains in Lahore and other cities in Punjab, Chief Minister Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi has directed the authorities to take immediate measures for efficient water drainage.
He emphasized the use of all available resources and machinery for water drainage and urged swift action on an emergency basis.
Naqvi has instructed officers to remain in the field until the water drainage work is completed and to ensure smooth traffic flow through effective management.
