BCCI to reschedule Pakistan-India clash in ICC World Cup due to Navratri festival.


Lahore: In the upcoming ICC World Cup 2023, there is a possibility to reschedule the Pakistan-India clash in the group stage.
According to Indian media, security agencies have asked the Board of Control for Cricket India (BCCI) to consider changing the date of the match due to the Navratri festival.
The Pakistan-India match, initially scheduled for October 14, might be rescheduled.
It is noteworthy that the high-voltage encounter between Pakistan and India in the ICC World Cup 2023 is currently set to take place on October 15 in Ahmedabad.
As per the current schedule, the World Cup's opening match between England and New Zealand will be held on October 5.
Pakistan's initial two matches will be against the qualifying teams on October 6 and 12 in Hyderabad, Deccan.
