Previous versions of IRIS, namely IRIS 1.0 and IRIS 1.1, were pioneering in their own right but faced certain challenges that impacted performance and user satisfaction, particularly during peak usage periods that required expensive hardware.
To address these issues, IRIS 2.0 has undergone a significant transformation, focusing on robust backend enhancements and an intuitive frontend design, resulting in a seamless experience for both users and the FBR.
By adopting IRIS 2.0, the FBR aims to enhance its tax filing operations, leading to improved efficiency and substantial reduction in hardware expenses. The system's enhanced user experience is expected to elevate overall user satisfaction, making IRIS 2.0 a valuable asset for the FBR.
