The lawyers of the parties have been summoned tomorrow at 11:00am for the final arguments.


Islamabad: The Additional Sessions Judge of Islamabad Wednesday rejected the list of witnesses presented by Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan in Tosha Khana criminal case as irrelevant, GNN reported.
According to details, the case was heard by Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar. Election Commission lawyer Saad Hassan appeared in court. Chairman PTI's lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry, Barrister Ali Gohar and Mirza Asim Baig appeared in court.
The lawyers of the parties have been summoned tomorrow at 11:00am for the final arguments. Court made it clear that if the final arguments are not given, the verdict will be reserved. Judge Humayun Dilawar adjourned the hearing of the case till 11:00 am on Thursday.
Barrister Ali Gohar asked for the time till Friday as the witnesses are not present Islamabad at the moment. Responding to which, judge said that you were directed to present your witnesses today in the court along with the list.
However, Barrister Ali also filed the exemption from attendance plea of Imran Khan in the court which was accepted.
Earlier, during the hearing, Election Commission's lawyer said that he had to present the list of witnesses in the court. Judge Humayun remarked if you do not present the list of witnesses today, you will lose your right.
