Iranian FM arrives Pakistan on two-day visit
The Iranian Foreign Minister will also meet with the Chairmen of the National Assembly and the Senate to explore parliamentary ties between the two friendly nations.
Islamabad: Foreign Minister of Iran, H.E. Hossein Amir Abdollahian, arrived Islamabad on Tuesday for his first bilateral visit to Pakistan from August 02-04, 2023.
According to Foreign Office, Foreign Minister Abdollahian will hold talks with Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto on 3rd August 2023. The broad agenda covers every aspect of bilateral relations as well as the emerging regional situation.
Foreign Minister Abdollahian will speak with the Prime Minister of Pakistan to discuss the agreement reached by the leaders of the two nations to advance this cooperation.
The Iranian Foreign Minister will also meet with the Chairmen of the National Assembly and the Senate to explore parliamentary ties between the two friendly nations.
Earlier, a high-ranking group that included the deputy foreign minister for economic affairs and senior representatives from the ministries of trade, roads and urban development, investment, agriculture, energy, etc., went before the foreign minister for planning discussions.
Furthermore, the two sides will have the chance to address all aspects of bilateral relations during Foreign Minister Abdollahian's visit, with a focus on regional connectivity, energy, and economic and investment links between Pakistan and Iran.
