According to sources in the Sindh government, the government has considered more than three candidates for the position of caretaker chief minister and will propose these candidates to the party leadership.
Additionally, sources claim that 18 well-known individuals from various industries have been inquired for the province's caretaker government.
Further, after the ruling party has finished consulting, the government will begin negotiations with the MQM regarding the caretaker establishment.
Next week, it is expected that the chief minister Murad Ali Shah and the opposition leader in the Sindh Assembly Rana Ansar will meet to discuss the temporary system.
The interim chief minister of Sindh and the cabinet must be selected in accordance with the constitution after negotiations between the ruling party and the opposition.
