Elon Musk's X allows verified users to download videos
“We will soon allow this simply by tapping & holding on a video just like you download a picture,” Musk added.


Elon Musk's platform, X, formerly known as Twitter, has enabled its paying members to download videos if the content creators allow it.
Mr Musk, who have announced massive changes in the microblogging site since last year’s takeover, shared the development in a X post, stating: “Verified users can now download videos if the content creator allows it”.
Here’s How to Download Video
The download option is available to verified customers when they tap “…” on upper right when video is in full screen mode. They can download the video if its creator has allowed it.
“We will soon allow this simply by tapping & holding on a video just like you download a picture,” Musk added.
Hide Blue Tick
The company has also announced a new featured that enables verified customers to conceal their blue verification check marks.
It is recalled that Musk has change the criteria for getting the blue tick. Previously, users had to meet the specific qualification but now they can get it for $8 a month.
