Tosha Khana case: New Supreme Court bench formed
Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar has been replaced by Hasan Azhar Rizvi to hear the case.
Islamabad: A new bench of Supreme Court has been formed to hear the Tosha Khana case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan.
According to details, a three-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Khan Afridi comprising Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Musrat Hilali will hear the case
Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar has been replaced by Hasan Azhar Rizvi to hear the case.
The lawyers of PTI chief Imran Khan will inform the court about the High Court hearing.
Supreme Court said in the order of previous hearing that the next hearing will be conducted by an available bench.
Notably, Islamabad High Court (IHC) will also give a protective verdict today on eight petitions including injunction and restoration of right of defense on behalf of Chairman PTI.
