Indian Police shares dance video to spread awareness about Covid-19
Mumbai: In an effort to raise awareness about the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Kerala Police in India has come up with an interesting video about the rules and guidelines that need to be followed to contain the spread of novel coronavirus.
The video has been shared on the official twitter handle social of State Police Media Center Kerala with the title 'let’s fight the pandemic together, Kerala Police is always with you’.
The clip shows several police officials dancing to a rehashed version of popular Tamil song ‘Enjoy Enjaami’. However, the lyrics are reworked to talk about the importance of wearing mask, maintaining social distance and using hand sanitizer all the time.

Reportedly, the video created by the department’s media centre, features nine police officers in uniform, grooving to the song that talks about the precautionary measures for the novel coronavirus.
The 1.30 minute video also emphasizes that everyone should be vaccinated as part of the Covid-19 prevention drive.
The video has already received more than 3 lakh views, 9,000 shares and 15,000 likes and getting a lot of love from the netizens.
India is currently battling with Coronavirus-led crises. Maharashtra, Delhi, West Bengal, Karnataka and few other regions have reported running out of oxygen as well as other medical supplies and country's official Covid death toll has now surpassed 200,000.
In view of the sharp rise in coronavirus-linked fatalities and cases, gatherings have been restricted to contain the spread of the novel virus.
Several states have imposed lockdown-like restrictions and night curfews to contain the spread of the second wave.
